The day when the Tower of Babel collapsed
I save all small bits of paper. Anything from birthday cards and the childrens chocolate wrappings to receipts from foreign countries and left over sketches from commissioned work. Everything can be turned into something new or a different idea. I enjoy mixing different types of paints and crayons and sometimes have an idea that I want to express from the beginning whilst other times the emotion or title comes to me during the work process.
The picture is created on handmade paper from recycled cotton rag and which is mounted on white acid free Canson cardboard carton 300 x 350 mm. It is easy for you to use this as a base if you want to crop the size or use a mount when you frame.
